Lumehra Shopify speed optimization

Brief

Lumehra had a custom Dawn-based theme that was underperforming on mobile and desktop speed scores.

What we built

We optimized the store's performance, improving the mobile score from 32 to 58 and desktop from 58 to 67. Work included render-blocking script fixes, image optimization, and careful jQuery load order management to prevent TBT spikes.
